Once the order is placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping, checking the order information is a very important step to build a better shopping experience.

- Why my shipment does not move?
It doesn't mean your order has not been shipped out. We ship out all of the orders in 2 business days. This situation may happen because of the high volume of shipments sent through USPS & UPS during the holiday season. Please contact us if USPS lost your package, or you haven't received your order in 14 days.
- If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue and make sure you will get the package.
